MURDERED IT! Very pleased with this! In my notes last time I wrote that I told myself to that it was ok and this is part of the process. It helped me stay in it mentally. Need to sharpen that tool. FIRED UP! Splits were - 2:09, 2:17, 2:26, 2:17, 2:06. Perfection. Transitions were so fast. No wasted time. Thrusters felt amazing and knee was strong. Right heel kept coming off the ground. Need to address that.
