Total 2.5 miles running, 150 pull-ups, 150 KB swings (53#) -- Thank you Ethan and Jerry for helping me push through that last round! :) Finished rounds at 9:06, 20:01, 31:36, 43:44, 54:57 (splits 9:06, 10:55, 11:35, 12:08, 11:13)... KBS 10/8/6/6, 8/8/8/6 (2 rds), 8/6/6/5/5, 10/5/5/5/5... pull-ups sucked, mostly 3's and 2's the whole way. Did the very last 6 as singles.
