Medium - 80% 1RM est = 378; Used no-belt on first set and form was shit (left leg crippling in, back load non-uniform). 2nd (best) & 3rd sets used belt. Focused on vertical shin, keeping load over middle of the foot, setting posture, and accelerating out of bottom. Though the acceleration made things a bit hap-hazard and sloppy.
