Jason HarperBurpees were good. did sets of ten with a 5-10 second rest interval. kept them under a minute. OHS was good, got full depth each rep (it was judged) I did fail on my first attempt... needed to get my head straight. Then did 2 sets of 3 then got 2 more before time.
