Clock was just under 3 minutes when I started my last set of 9 pull ups. Grip failed (again). It took 45 seconds to do 9 pull ups. Whatever.

  • Would be thrilled with 8 fewer seconds and an RX :). I didn't lock out the finish on a few thrusters, and didn't fully extend on a few pull ups once I got tired. It's a work in progress

  • Man...I really thought I'd break 4 this time. I never dropped the bar on thrusters, but my grip failed on pull ups. Several times. Oh well, it'll just feel that much better next time

  • Can't complain. I actually paced myself more this time around. Grip still failed on the pull ups, but overall I am fine with this. Still would love to get under 3:30. Maybe next time :)

  • Jet lagged. Didn't sleep a bit last night. So, I'm pretty happy with this. Broke pull ups into small sets and held the barbell in my palms so my grip didn't die this time
