Notes

So steamy this morning felt hard to breathe.. Finished Pull Ups at 5:58.. Started with 15 then 10 then held 5'a for several sets then 3's til the end. Pull Ups felt pretty good.. Push Ups finished at 12:03.. Felt slower than normal.. Started with 15 then 10 then 5's, 3's and lots of 2's at the end.. Moved to fast singles for last 14 reps.. Situps were slow.. Couldn't get a rhythm happening.. Finished around 16:30.. Has too much rest in these.. 35 unbroken then took a short break but should have just kept moving.. Squats were fast and unbroken held solid pace til the end.. Last 30 hurt like crazy then couldn't get up with so much blood in the legs.. Beat last time by just under 1 minute.
