Didn't think sub-9 was possible when Ethan threw out that time before starting... Power snatch 11/9/1 into OHS 8/8/5, PS 8/6/1 into OHS 6/6/3, PS 8/1 into OHS 6/3... I can't remember ever doing jumping alternating lunges before. Those were stupid hard, legs were burning from the get-go. Lots of small sets.
