Notes

32 total rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. The first 8 rounds is spent doing as many pull-ups as possible in each 20 second interval. The next 8 rounds is spent doing as many push-ups as possible in the 20-second intervals. The next 8 rounds are spent doing sit-ups, and the last 8 rounds are spent doing air squats. This workout is always "fun". I feel pretty good about how I did with the pull-ups (I'd like to get 12 per round). My arms were really feeling cooked after the push-ups (again, I was shooting for 12 per round). With un-anchored sit-ups, I'd like to be able to sustain 15 per round (I was feeling a bit sluggish on the sit-ups today). 20 Squats per round is about right (though, after seeing Greg's score, maybe I'll try to kick it up to 21 per round next time).
