All of my work this past week felt so light and I was worried that I wouldn't have made much progress. But, today I felt great - probably because of the proper nutrition I shoved in my mouth before heading to the gym. 40 kilos went up easy. 42 took a couple of tries, but if I remember to stay tight in the bottom of the squat, 42 will be easy next week.
