Last time I did Nate (6/27) was 1st wod with 53# KBS and struggled. This time it was the easiest part, all KBS unbroken and felt strong. MOD 20 min AMRAP: 8 pull-ups, 8 DB push press (30#), 8 KBS (53#)... Felt like I rested too much between movements, need to learn to push harder when there's no one to chase. Pull-ups and push press unbroken 1st round, then in 4's thereafter.
