Happy 4th of July!! 1st time doing the Lumberjack... I knew the 85# OHS would be my limiting factor. 4 and then 3's. Took me 6 or 8 min, can't remember. But I did them, so IDGAF! ha ha :) 185# deadlift 9/6/5, no belt... 53# KBS 12/6/2... C2B pull-ups 2 and then singles, palms are still cracked and tender... box jumps and burpees unbroken, slow but steady... 30# DB squat cleans in 3's then 2, legs were dead... Glad I came at 0800 for the company! HOT already too, I got a tan during the (7) 400m runs. LOL
