So slow. Originally planned to go heavier on the OHS when I saw the advanced WOD (maybe 75?), but my RT shoulder was bothering me after the snatch EMOM. Stayed with 55, all unbroken. T2B were non-kipping and slow. Couldn't hold onto the bar today.
