next week 155lbs...started off with alternating front and back squats at 135 for sets of 10 back squatting and 5-7 front squatting...did about 5 sets of each then hit the 20 rep max... altus has only one squat rack and it is the shittiest design ever...my home gym is hands down better and more equipped than the gym here haha....wimpy ass altusSets 20 Back Squats | 150 lbs
