Hand stand push ups were the best I've ever done. Broke up first group of DL into 11/10 reps, 2nd into 9/6, and unbroken final round. HSPU were 7/7/7, 7/4/4, and 5/4. Rounded my back and did not lift correctly on a few of the DL. Still need to work on stabilizing my core and hollow-body position on the HSPU. Head to Ab-Mat.
