After the 'Gardening WOD' from today, and after last weeks intensive training schedule, only one handstand push-up on the minute every minute for 20 minutes was heavy enough! All were strict with full range of motion (head touching ground). After a few minutes rest I did three in one go (my max is currently 8).

Volume training Handstand Push-ups + 1 Pistol right leg + 1 Pistol left leg. One rep every minute on the minute for 20 minutes to build strength. For the first time I could do them all. I also worked on the pistols, 1 every minute left and right. With my right leg I can do them without support. With my left leg I cannot keep the balance.
