  • Holy shit. This hit me hard. I flamed out with 100m to go. Had nothing left. That was brutal. Could barely walk for 15 minutes, sat on the couch drooling into a pile bucket for a while. Don't get myself to this point very often. 500m is a rough distance for me. There's no pacing, just sprinting, but I don't yet have enough gas to maintain for 500. Seems like a good distance to train at....I look forward to the same post but for the 1k...
