3:09 PR, woo! Wasn't sure my RT shoulder could hold up for 150 push-ups, but it did. Mostly 3's for 1st round, didn't hit singles until 27. Then 3's and 2's for 2nd round, singles at 20. Hit singles at 10-12 for rounds 3-5. Shoulder warmed up good as I went, but lost some strength from not really doing them... Butterfly pull-ups 10/5/5, 10/4/3/3, then 9/4/3/2/2 for rounds 3-5... 1st round was 17 seconds slower this time, but then PR'd the rest by 0:45, 0:44, 0:44, 1:13
