Notes

Completed 6 rounds and got thru 3 bench press of the 7th. No way to post it though. Did RX'd weight and movements but ran into the 20 minute limit so didn't finish. Bench Press was definately the limiting factor. Also, the 9,10,11,noon classes did squat cleans, not cleans. as that is what Linda calls for.
