  • tried to get that 300 today. got it about 1mm off the ground. Gave it all I had though. felt very tingly all over for a while :) Tried it again after 3 min, same results. backed off to 280, same results, backed off to 225 just to get something with the range of motion. did a 6th set at 225 as well.

  • Focused on making this a 'fast' lift. 265 was a good weight for this. Felt good and tough and I was able to maintain good form.

  • 275 felt pretty good up and down. Second lift of each set always feels better than the first. Make sure to get tight each time. Get tighter than you think you should.
