Workout developed for and named by BJ Penn, MMA fighter. When he was done with the workout, they asked how he felt and he replied, "Like I was in a fight gone bad." This is by far the hardest thing that I've done in this gym yet. It makes me realize how fit the fighters of MMA are. Hat's off to them. Pics to come, maybe...
