  • Ran out of bars. 255 DL, 170 BP (on Smith machine), 125 Cl Form on DL slipped a bit on higher rep sets as I went for speed. Got more deliberate on both Cl & DL as it went on. BP was awkward on Smith machine & with my sunburn an exercise in mental fortitude.
