Broke up thrusters into 4 sets for rnd 1 & 2 and 3 for 15 and 2 for 9. Rows set at 6/7 line, that seemed perfect. About 1 cal per pull at an easy pace.

  • Did all the rows unbroken. :) need to pace thrusters better. Came out of the gate trying too many. Did like 15+ to start. Should have just broke up smarter. Totally gassed by 15s.

  • was through the round of 21 at 8:48, then just fell apart. I failed on the last thruster. got it like 3/4 of the way up and it came right back down to the ground. I still love this workout though. I need more conditioning. Time to start mixing in the metcons...
