Almost called it an unscheduled rest day as soon as I rolled out of bed. Legs are sooooo SORE from all the back squats yesterday at Pandemic -_- Even the air squats were killing me in the warm up... Somehow managed to PR though! 15 lbs. heavier than when we started this cycle 8 weeks ago... Did 65, 75, 85, 95(4), 100, 105. Missed the 5th rep of 95 on the way up, went up in weight anyway. Almost gave myself permission to only get 3 at 105, but then focused on 5. Have to keep my head in the game.
