Split times. 1:49 1:50 1:53 2:00 was trying to keep 1:50. last 500 I was dead. set damper at 5/6 line. that seems good for 2 k. just need more endurance.

  • Just had to sneak something in due to early meeting today. Jumped on rower cold and kept an easy pace.

  • Should have started sprinting at 4:00 or something. Really focused on controlled pace. Phil gave good instruction. Get a good breath on the return. Pace is crucial. 22-24 seemed to be my sweet spot, but I was all over the map. Sprint was 29 solid.
