Re-strained neck a couple days ago, not feeling very good. Rowing feels fine, so opted to row instead of the WOD. seemed like the right call. I really enjoy the 5K row. Tried for a 2 min 500 pace, ended up avg . of 2:04, with 1:57 for my last 500. Still had a little left in the tank. I think 2min /500 is a good pace to shoot for.

  • Last 1 k was 3:54.2. Kept a steady pace 20-23 strokes per min at 2:03-2:06 500 pace, last 1k was 27 spm at 1:57 pace. Felt good. This is big mental WOD. Lots of chatter and wanting to stop. Getting better at dealing with that. Neck was hurting so no 16.1 today :(
