  • ugh. i want to hide my shame... du need a lot of work if I want to do better in these types of work outs. after I spent some time doing 1 double then one single to work out the timing, that seemed to be a big help. I just need to go slower with the rope, after that first one, I freak out and speed up and I can't keep up with it. slow and steady...
