nursing left bicep / pec issue. basically did wall balls one armed, the DL did 10 to start, but felt rough so just went 45 singles after that. I look forward to trying this one again in a few months.

  • Well, something is clearly not working for me. Thinking about this, I don't recall the last time I did deadlifts. Just don't have any strength anymore... need to figure out something to fix this...
