I blew this one. came off the wall on 1st rep of round 4 and had to climb and run again. Had less than 2 min left when started last run and got back with 15 sec left to get last three reps. Gamed the wod way to much. Didn't need to rest at all because I ran so slow. Next time run harder, bust out 15 each round.
