  • 50-40-30-20-10 reps of Double Unders + abmat situps. My first time doing it Rx. Longest string of unbroken DU was during the first round, got to 26 before messing up.

  • 50-40-30-20-10 Double-unders and ab-mat situps. My DU are getting better which translates to faster time. But OMG! Didn't expect to go sub 9 min yet. The 30 DU set was unbroken :)
