def need to rethink binge drinking for a week straight before doing sectional WODs. missed the band 2-3 reps. quads blew up towards the end. tried as much as possible to drop/fall to the ground. varied between getting up on a knee and popping straight up. was shooting for 16/min but could not maintain at the end. big thanks to Kaiser for judging.
