Rest set by the coach so the class did it all together. Original plan was adding the 1.25 lb plates on each side to move up from my lifts last June (started 53 lb, ended 73 lb). But then we were instructed to go as heavy as we could for all 5 sets. Legs and back felt great! Arm strength was challenged (bicep to shoulder muscle/tendon sore at the end).
