Wow, that's impressive 7 min for the wall ball! I only had 2 min left to do mine, and I was very disappointed I didn't get those last 3Du. And on top of that I did not get it posted in time so i don't even get credit for it. hope you are well.
Great Job Andrew! I was right there with you Kevin, everybody beat me to the double-unders. How about an "unbroken wall-ball challenge"? I was thinking of doing a week of "as many unbroken wall-balls as possible every other day", and gradually moving up
