  • my first chest-to-bar pull-ups! In 7 minutes: total of 18 thrusters (65#) + 16 C2B pull-ups (2 reps short of finishing set of 9's, did several reps that weren't quite high enough). Leg hurt on bottom of thruster, but had to do this last Open WOD.

  • RX'd weight, but only did 5 min; tried not to push too hard, just wanted to get a feel for it... STILL, I PR'd only 3:43 in!! Got my chest-to-bar pull-ups in 3's

  • aghhhh! No rep'd the last stupid pull-up about 6 times, wasted a whole minute. Could have easily gotten another 10 thrusters had I just gotten that. Still a huge PR from last year's 34 though!
