  • Very cold this am Hands gotmreal cold and had to wear gloves. Slowed wall balls down alot. I think i couldndo much better on this in warm weather. 250 dead felt good and did 15 unbroken, pullups were not feeling strong, did 20-15-10-5 Handstand pushups on parralettes
