Was foolishly going to try for rxd.....I would sacrificed a lot of time and power output had I stuck with that. My shoulders were absolutely smoked after carrying the 20lb med ball on my shoulders. Such a tough wod. Could have pushed it a lot more but I am really pleased. Hspus were done with toes on my bar in the squat rack.

    just looking at this made we want to throw up. After a week off in Italy, I came home sunday and came down with food poisoning. Still not back to normal. So want to work out but all I can do is lay around at this point. sucks!!
