First rep is always infinitely harder than the next two.. wouldn't be surprised if my one rep max is basically the same as my three rep max. 315 was a one rep max pr, so pretty happy. Still using a lot of back on the heavier lifts

Was supposed to be 6x2, but said 5x3 on the whiteboard. I realized that I do a weird twisting motion when I use the mixed grip. Gonna stop using it cuz it results in the bar getting too far away from my body on the side thats palms away. DLs felt really good today.
