gooned this workout a bit by not reading carefully. I guess that sort of ended up with me scaling up, as I did it as five rounds for total time straight through with no rest periods, instead of each round for time and 3-minute rests. Total was 26:53. That hurt a little. Would have preferred "sprinting" through rounds with short rests as px'ed.
