So close on 605 for the deadlift. The press wasn't feeling as strong, was down 5 pounds, and the back squat is 10 off my PR. Could of hit it just spent too much time getting there.

failed 500 pound backsquat twice. Failed 222 shoulder press. 10-5-10 pound pr for each respective lift.1 Back Squat 475 lbs 1 Shoulder Press 220 lbs 1 Deadlift 575 lbs

Probably could of had a better back squat with a healthy knee, but PRs for everything.1 Back Squat 465 lbs 1 Shoulder Press 205 lbs 1 Deadlift 565 lbs
