Doing something weird with my hips. Looping back with my hips.. Really need to fix that. PR by a pound...Decided to do a burpee with 431 on my back..haha...got way out front and fell foward = not good. Nice welt on my back and a lil shoulder soreness. Could of been alot worse. Take the PR and run
