AM WOD #1 - SHould've gone faster. Legs were a little tired from Del last night but main problem was damper was set too low. Couldn't keep up the pace. Raised it to 7 from 4 at halfway point. Should do it at 6 throughout next time2000 m Rows 7 mins 51 secs
