boom! this was fun going head to head with Perry and Nick!! did first two rounds of muscle ups unbroken. Might have been able to move faster on the snatches, but i was too scared to screw one up haha.

  • Hit this after the Oly Total. disappointed in this. Muscleups got really weak. did 9, 4-2-1, then singles for round 3. Dont know what happened. Did all muscleups unbroken last time. Snatches were 5-2-2, 2-2-1-1-1, 1-1-1-1-1.

    Woo very happy with this performance. Wasn't expecting this going in. Opened at work this morning so i was dead tired. Muscle ups were 9, 5-2, 3-2. and Snatches were 9, 5-2, 5.
