Prescribed by me. Shoulders feel sore and jacked up from the 60 push presses on tuesday. My arms are still dangling and hands butchered from 72 deadl-lift reps at 225lbs. grip is dead for next 24hrs. arms need rest. cant even perform a pullup, my hands give out. 20 minute volume pullup training to resume again but not today. may consider double under jump rope practice and abmat situps to work on the core and not be laid up all day. I miss a morning session with Coach Dave. but hey. Another day, another workout to be done.
