At the PD, Couso Chipper special. Of course it started with a lonnnng row 😝 4:24 for 60 calories... OHS were 30/10/10... didn't time my run... thrusters were 15/7/8... burpee C2B pull-ups were ok, slowed at 12 but just kept moving... squat snatch all singles, made sure to focus on pulling to my hips
