felt really good today. might have gone out a little too fast but still managed to do everything UNBROKEN! 4 BUTTERfly pull-ups, 4 push-ups, 8 dumbbell push press (25#), 8 kb swings (53#). really fought for a PR (even if its a little one) might've done more rounds if it were 8 pull-ups instead of 4/4. hope this builds some momentum...
