felt really good today. might have gone out a little too fast but still managed to do everything UNBROKEN! 4 BUTTERfly pull-ups, 4 push-ups, 8 dumbbell push press (25#), 8 kb swings (53#). really fought for a PR (even if its a little one) might've done more rounds if it were 8 pull-ups instead of 4/4. hope this builds some momentum...

    all push press & kb swings unbroken. pull-ups in sets of 4. hand ripped on 2 round. kb felt really heavy today. push press felt lite. i think i used 35# last time.

    never did more than a 35#kb before...man, 53# is HEAVY! didn't really get the swing & control down until the 4th round. handstand push ups are getting easier. should probably go to my toes next wod. really wanted 10 rounds, but its just too damn HOT!
