For pullups, did band-assisted strict- with thin red band, added thinnest black band towards end. Need to work on proper pushup form!9 rounds of: 5 Pull-up (band)s 10 Push-ups 15 Air Squats plus a partial round of: 5 Pull-up (band)s 10 Push-ups 8 Air Squats
