5 rounds - 10 dumbbell puss presses (35#), 7 toes-to-bar, 15 walking lunges holding the 35# dumbbells. Did the push press and toes to bar unbroken. Lunges were extremely slow and painful. On a side not did all 8 rounds of flutter kicks (20 seconds a round) without stopping for a rest other then the allowed 10 second rest between rounds :)
