WOD: High knees to elbows (first time these felt decent). Wod said KTE but in class they did T2B to be Rx'd. If KTE was Rx'd then I did these Rx'd..need to work on T2B next. Strength: Bench Press 2x3 @ 70% = 65#, 3x3 @ 75% = 70# & 1 x 80% = 80#
