Any tips? Going to do this during open gym on Saturday - it looks brutal. Just couldn't make it today - five days in a row and had to take a day off.
I know, I saw you come in this morning, just to laugh at us. I just went steady and didn't try to rush anything. I started with knees to elbows because that was the worst for me. It feels like you are hanging forever. Glad I did that. 50 sit ups suck -
