the 50m prowler push is a new level of suck.... it absolutely destroys my quads3 rounds of: 10 Kettlebell Swings 80 lbs 1 50 m Prowler Push High 180 lbs 1 50 m Prowler Push Low 180 lbs

the ground was wet outside and I couldn't push the sled on the low bar without my feet slipping out so I lowered the weight back to 90lb on the sled today... still swung the 80lb(36kg) kb though...
