Rope climbs were decent, although I'm feeling like I'm doing more pulls than a month ago... sigh. It's just so damn hard to lean back and bring my knees up! I really needed to work hard for those front squats. Thanks to Jami for yelling at me to keep going. Body rows with feet on ground but more horizontal than before. Rowing was... well... rowing!
